Every item sold in my store is made to order. Due to the nature of these items, please read the policy on cancellations carefully before placing your order.
An order may only be cancelled if I have not started to work on the item. I usually start working on an order within one day. If I have already begun to crochet your order, then the order may not be cancelled. Allowing this would be a loss of my materials, labor, and time.
On a similar note, I cannot offer any returns after delivery for the same reasons. By placing an order on this website you acknowledge and accept these terms.
